The problem

Twenty teams, one person who knows how to use the design app.

Somebody has to post the score. Usually it’s the AD, the athletic secretary, or the one coach who’s good at this, and it happens at 10 PM from a phone.

The teams with a design-savvy parent look great. The rest post a photo of the scoreboard. Families notice the difference, and so do the sponsors who paid for the banner.

The point isn't prettier posts. It's that every program at your school gets the same treatment, and nobody on your staff needs to become a designer for that to happen.

What we hear from athletic directors when we set them up

What changes when the templates already look like your school

Rocket Graphics is built around one idea: the design is done before a coach ever logs in.

  • Coaches post their own games

Every template has a handful of fields. The volleyball coach types the score and hits export. It looks like the varsity football account did it.

  • Every program gets equal treatment

Boys and girls, varsity and JV, football and cross country. Same templates, same quality, same colors. That’s easier to explain to a parent, and to anyone asking about equity.

  • Nothing to relearn when staff changes

Coaches turn over. Booster officers turn over. The templates don’t. A new hire opens the studio and their first post is on-brand.

  • You keep control without doing the work

The logo and colors are set once for the school. Coaches can shuffle within your palette, but they can’t paste in a clip-art logo or pick lime green.

A season of posts, covered

The templates follow the athletic calendar. Here’s what a department typically posts, and when.

  1. Preseason

    Set the schedule

    • Tryout dates and physical deadlines
    • This week's games, every Monday
    • Meet the coaches
    • Sponsor thank-you for the fall
  2. Game week

    The Friday rhythm

    • Game day, morning of
    • Tonight story with the student section theme
    • Final score from the parking lot
    • Athlete of the week on Monday
  3. Senior season

    The posts families keep

    • Senior night with every name
    • Captains and all-conference
    • Awards banquet honorees
    • Team photo day
  4. Signing season

    Where they're headed

    • Signing day and commitments
    • Where are they now for alumni
    • Records broken this year
    • Sponsor thank-you for the spring

If you have a Rocket display

The same graphic, on the hallway screen too.

Schools with a Rocket touchscreen or TV display can send a finished graphic to the display’s media library in one click. Post the sponsor thank-you to Instagram and put it on the lobby screen for the home crowd, from the same design.

What athletic directors ask before they say yes

How long does set up take?
Almost none of your time. When your school gets in, we load your logo and colors and send logins to whoever you name. Coaches can post the same day.
What do I have to do after that?
Not much. Give coaches their logins and tell them where the templates are. Some ADs post the weekly schedule themselves and leave the rest to coaches.
We already use Canva. Why would we switch?
You might not switch, and that’s fine. Canva is a general design tool with unlimited options. Rocket Graphics has fewer options on purpose: templates built for school athletics, your brand locked in, no blank canvas. Many departments keep Canva for one-off projects and use Rocket Graphics for the weekly posts coaches make.
Can I see what coaches have posted?
Saved designs are visible to everyone at the school, so you can see what’s been made and reuse it. Publishing to social accounts is done from the studio, so posts still go through the accounts you control.
Is this really free, or free for a year?
Free, full stop. Rocket Alumni Solutions makes recognition displays for schools and pays for this so more athletic departments know us. You don’t need to buy anything to keep using it.

Give your coaches the templates. Keep your evenings.

Leave your email and we’ll tell you when your school can get in. Then the whole department is set up at once.
